Praachit Dhar is a 14-year-old leadership coach and student on a mission in life to help teenagers become leaders. He started at the age of 13 and is the youngest certified coach with world-renowned coach Mr.Arfeen Khan.
His journey started when he was 8 years old and for the first time attended a seminar with his mom. That day he was there as a spectator and was listening to the stories of different people, the same day his mother decided to become a coach. Till the age of 13 he attended seminars and one day he attended a training, his mother was attending and listening to her he decided to become a coach as well.
Since then he has spoken in front of thousands of people at an Arfeen Khan event. At the age of I4, he had his first client also have earned his first income at the age of 14. He saw that coaching can completely transform obstacles into opportunities. From the age of 8 to now he witnessed a transformation and that made him want to be a changemaker and create an army of confident leaders. Through a system, he learned people can change, and when he learned the incredible you. He has experienced how each personality can be coached keeping in mind the outcomes they want.
To his joy, he became a Shae bee at that age and helping his clients get breakthroughs and transformation. Like any other teen, he loves gaming, and an upcoming author, wishes to bring a change in the lives people in the future.

This year hasn't been the best but I want 2021 to be a new year where everyone at any age can achieve their goals. I am sharing with you all the ways to become a leader and take your lives to the next level. Let’s talk about the 3 pillars of leadership and the skills you need to become a leader.
To become a leader you need to have these three skills: -

Communication is an important part of becoming a leader. It will help you to communicate with your colleagues, friends, and family easier and will make it easier to tell people what you want. In our day to day lives, we communicate our ideas and our thoughts with everyone around us. What you communicate with others is what the others will understand to. Communicating efficiently and speaking authentically is very important to get your point across and is necessary to become a leader
At some point, we all need to make decisions. Those decisions may be what food to make today or what should be the next step in your business. Making quick decisions helps you get through your day easier and faster. Making decisions is a key step to becoming a better leader and becoming a master in your field. To make better decisions u need to pay attention to the consequences and then choose the one with the better consequences. Even if the decision was a bad one you will know the consequences of it will not be surprised.
Also, when making decisions you need to look at other people's perspectives and understand how your decision will affect them these skills will help you to take your business to the next level, help you with your education or even help you turn your life around.
