Nokia Oyj’s largest investor, Solidium which is the Finnish government’s investment firm, first time has increased its stake for 5%. Their regulatory filing is about 4.8%. Solidium became an investor from 2018 after buying a stake of 3.3% for 844 million euros, and they increased the stake value in late last year. The company had appointed Sari Baldauf as chair and Pekka Lundmark as its chief executive.
