Global software provider Infosys said that they acquired US-oriented product design firm Kaleidoscope Innovation at $42 million or Rs 309 crore for expanding its engineering service which offers medical devices, consumer and industrial markets over America. One of the subsidiaries Infosys Nova Holdings has signed the deal to occupy 100 per cent equity capital of the company.
