WhatsApp will release multi-device support features soon

WhatsApp will release the two most-awaited features for its users soon. According to the latest reports, the multi-device support feature is in the final stage of testing and it will soon release and the other feature called Expiring Media or self-destructing messages will also release for the beta testers. Both the features are under development and WhatsApp would not make any official announcement about these features yet.

As per reports that the multi-device support will be released soon and has reached the final stages of testing. The feature allows users to log in using a single account to four devices at the same time. WhatsApp has developed the best feature ever which allows you to use the single WhatsApp account into 4 different devices at the same time.

The main advantage is that if an internet connection is not available or in case of switching off on the main phone, one can use WhatsApp Desktop. For other devices, WhatsApp has planned to put a modern UI for the desktop client, which shows the process of migration of chat history from the device and the process will be end-to-end encrypted.

The WhatsApp features tracker said that some main elements of the multi-device support are under processing. Some important features like the possibility to sync the chat history, muting your chats, starring/delivering messages, etc have been created yet. WhatsApp will allow the beta testers to use the feature after the final testing phase.

A screenshot was shared of underdeveloped features where a multi-device toggle button is shown. If you turn on the button, all the linked devices connected with your phone will start functioning. If you turn on the toggle for enrolling your WhatsApp account, a new session will be created and the devices will be in sync and the actions automatically replicate on all other devices.
