Sony Xperia Pro has finally come into the market as the company’s latest head that can double as a monitor for your live camera or camcorder. The new smartphone comes with a micro-HDMI connector to allow you to link your camera or camcorder to get a live feed on the phone’s amazing-quality 4K OLED display screen.
Sony Xperia also gives its users the choice to transfer their footage from a camera to an FTP server through its inbuilt 5G connectivity. Sony Xperia Pro originally came in the market as a 5G phone last year.
Sony Xperia Pro cost has been set at $2,499.99 (around Rs. 1,82,500). The smartphone is currently available for purchase in the US via Amazon, B&H Photo Video, and the Sony online web store. Information about the worldwide debut of the Xperia Pro is yet to be disclosed.
Last year, in the february Sony Xperia Pro was launched with Sony Xperia 1 II and the Xperia 10 II.
There aren’t many differences between those smartphones Sony Xperia 1 II and Sony Xperia Pro. And it runs on Android 10. It features a 6.5-inch 4K HDR (1,644×3,840 pixels) OLED display screen with a 21:9 aspect ratio. The display gives 100 % coverage of DCI-P3 100 color gamut and an allotted Creator mode powered by CineAltra.
It comes with the best Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection. The smartphone is powered by last year’s Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC and comes along with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of UFS storage. This comes as the latest over the Sony Xperia 1 II that had 8GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. The inbuilt storage on both phones supports expansion through a microSD card (up to 1TB).
Sony Xperia Pro has the latest triple rear camera setup and with a 12-megapixel primary Exmor RS for phone sensor with an f/1.7 lens and there are also two extra 12-megapixel sensors with an amazing f/2.4 lens and an f/2.2 lens with a 124-degree field-of-view (FoV). For best selfies and video chats, Sony Xperia Pro also comes with an 8-megapixel shooter at the front side, with an f/2.0 lens.
Sony Xperia Pro has a list of connectivity choices that include the latest 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, USB Type-C, micro-HDMI, and a 3.5mm headphone jack features. The smartphone also comes with Dolby Atmos audio technology that has amazing powers of front-facing speakers. It packs a 4,000mAh battery inbuilt that supports Xperia Adaptive Charging and USB Power Delivery (PD) quick charging. The smartphone measures 170.18×76.2×10.16mm and weighs 225 grams.
