  • Google 3D search brings jurassic world to your house on Android, iOS

Google has launched some new exciting features for its users. This time the feature is AR capabilities through which users can view various objects and even animals in 3D via a simple Google Search.

In this users can perform a plethora of Google 3D objects and animals. The best is extinct dinosaurs, this feature will bring them to life (not in literal terms) roaring and thudding in our houses.

Google collaborated with Universal Brand Development, Amblin Entertainment and Ludia, to introduce the new 3D dinosaurs feature so that people can see lifelike, huge creatures that existed millions of years ago. The list included in Google 3D objects and animals includes ten dinosaurs that seem quite realistic and they will be created by the concept artists based on the ‘preliminary research to discover information about each creature.’

The 3D objects and animals list include 10 dinosaurs namely Tyrannosaurus Rex (T-Rex), Velociraptor, Triceratops, Spinosaurus, Stegosaurus, Brachiosaurus, Ankylosaurus, Dilophosaurus, Pteranodon, and Parasaurolophus. Here are the steps to use this feature in your phones.

  • Click on Google Search on your smartphone (Android or iOS). Then search for either a dinosaur name or names mentioned above in the list.
  • In results, you will find a View in 3D option at the end.
  • Click on the ‘View in 3D’ option and then bring your smartphone to the desired dinosaur place. On iOS, users can also view the dinosaurs in both AR and Object mode.

As per reports, 3D dinosaurs can also come with the new auto-scale feature which will automatically adjust the size of the creature as per your device’s screen, and then the user can hear the dinosaurs’ roaring and the sound of their footsteps.
