Tata Consultancy Service has planned a risk assessment model which helps to bring some employees back to the workplace. With Covid-19 restrictions, they are trying to bring a certain percentage of employees back to work. The organisation will provide workplace safety that employees can trust.
The model will look into various factors such as vaccination status, employee’s place of residence, risk in the region and locality, and basic health parameters to make the offices safe but also to instil confidence in employees to go back to the workplace, according to a report.
