According to a company report 40 per cent stake value of USD 20 billion to Amazon.com, Inc, is offered by Reliance Industries willingly. Amazon has discussed the investment in the conglomerate’s Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd unit and they are interested in negotiable potential transactions. If the deal works then USD 20 billion would be the biggest deal ever in India.
