Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Retail wants to raise Rs 63,000 crore from investors

Mukesh Ambani owned Reliance Retail, a subsidiary of Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd, is going to raise funds from investors of strategic private equity and dominant wealth funds. Silver Lake Partners has already collected 1.75 per cent equity stake starting at Reliance Retail price of 7,500 crores ($1 billion). Now, KKR announced to collaborate with the company to invest around $1.5 billion.
