The country’s top refiner, Indian Oil Corp (IOC) is very near about to win its first contract for exporting more than 720,000 tonnes of clean products to Mauritius through an annual deal from November. IOC doesn’t want to participate in term tenders for exporting fuel because the refiner sells a huge amount of fuel in the local market, rather supplying its outlet retailer in Nepal and Bhutan.
