The government will sell about 15-20 per cent stake of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corp (IRCTC) through an offer for sale (OFS). They want to complete the transaction for a minimum number of tranches. In the previous month, merchant bankers were invited by the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) on September 10 to manage the sale in IRCTC.
