Avataar Ventures which invests in tech-focused businesses and Software as a Service (SaaS), has raised an additional amount of $100 million in its Opportunities Fund as B2B startups are gaining more importance. The investors who have invested in this fund were from Europe and the US. The new fund was set up by Norwest’s Chief Executive Mohan Kumar and LinkedIn India Head Nishant Rao.
