Anil Ambani Case: Delhi High Court sends notice to Chineses banks

Delhi HC sent three notices to Chinese lenders who are trying to recover $700 million from Anil Ambani. The court has asked the banks for their opinion on the plea of Anil Ambani. The matter concerns the loan worth $925 million carried by three Chinese banks – Export-Import Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, and China Development Bank now stopped supporting Reliance Communications.
