Angel Broking said about launching its initial public offering (IPO) on September 22 which may raise about Rs 600 crore. A price band of Rs 305-306 per share is fixed by the company for its IPO. The initial share-sale will be open on September 22 for public subscription and it will close on September 24. The IPO may comprise fresh issuance worth Rs 300 crore share.
