Adani Group To Operate, Manage And Develop Three Airports

According to an official statement, the Ministry of Civil Aviation signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Adani Group on Wednesday to provide services such as customs, immigration and security at Jaipur, Guwahati and Thiruvananthapuram airports.

In February 2019, the centre privatized six major airports: Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Mangalore, Jaipur, Thiruvananthapuram and Guwahati, and through a competitive bidding process, the Adani Group had the right to operate them all for 50 years. Won.

Sebi, Directorate Of Revenue Intelligence Probing Adani Group Firms

On Monday the Finance Minister Pankaj Chaudhary informed the parliament that corporations belonging to the Adani group are currently under investigation by various agencies and confirmed that three funds with links to Adani Group were indeed frozen by Sebi in June. 

“Sebi (Securities and Exchange Board of India) is investigating some Adani Group companies with regard to compliance with Sebi regulations. Further, the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) is investigating certain entities belonging to the Adani Group of companies under laws administered by it,” Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary told Parliament in a written response.
