While addressing her 4th press conference regarding government plans for “Atmanirbhar Bharat” union minister of finance Nirmala Sitharaman said the government will open up the space sector for private players. The government will provide predictive policy and regulating the environment for private players. The private sector will also be allowed to use assets of ISRO, this will provide a level playing field for them. This move will help the private players to enter the market easily and unleash the unrealized potential of private players in this sector.
