There are more than 2 billion monthly YouTube users worldwide and streams more than 1 billion hours of videos daily. 96% of the users are complaining that they are experiencing technical problems with the videos. Users reported YouTube issues began around 5:30 A.M on Wednesday (IST) and while trying to play videos on YouTube faced a spinning wheel with videos failing to start playback during the outage period. It faced global access issues for approximately 90 minutes.
