The Indian Bank Association (IBA) signed the 11th bi-partite agreement with employees representative opening for them a 15% wage hike. In addition to salary, the agreement also includes many employee benefits like sick leave benefits for those who have completed 30 years of service, women employees can avail sick leave to take care of sick children, and absence from office due to curfew, riots, prohibitory order, natural calamities at the workplace will be considered a special leave.
