Serum Institute of India (SII) is going to launch 1 billion doses of five different COVID-19 vaccines by the end of 2021. SII has established its new branch Serum Institute of Life Sciences (SILS) that will completely work for developing, generating, and supplying pandemic vaccines. SII plans to generate at least one vaccine every quarter. The latest manufacturing facility is coming up and it will take two years for completion.
