Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there is a tense battle between the mall owners and their tenants. As more than 350 brands are suffering huge losses and due to this outbreak loss they are expecting to shut down or exit malls. Most of the malls are closed and due to this retailers are suffering a huge loss. To overcome their losses industry associations, retailers, and mall owners are continuously requesting the government to allow shopping malls to restart operations
