ITC announced that they will merge its three wholly-owned subsidiaries such as Sunrise Foods, Hobbits International Foods and Sunrise Sheetgrah – with itself. A board meeting of the company will occur on September 4, 2020, to convene this. The Board of Directors of the Company will discuss the proposal for amalgamation of the three subsidiaries. They already made a deal with Sunrise Foods.
