Income Tax department extends ITR deadline till Nov 30

The Income Tax department had extended the deadline for filing income tax returns by two months for 2018-19 till November 30, from September 30. The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) said that due to the difficulties of the taxpayers in the situation of the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, the date of belated and revised return for 2019-20 is being extended to November 30, 2020.
