In Jan-Sept Housing supply decrease to 60% across the top 7 cities

There is a 60 percent decrease in the new supply of residential properties in January-September due to low demand in the COVID-19 situation. According to a property consultant, Anarock’s new projects are also developing slowly. In January-September 2020 new housing supply decreased to 75,150 units from 1,84,700 units across seven major cities compared to the same period the previous year. This data plunged to 57 percent to 87,460 units.
