On Friday Coffee Day Ventures has declared it has entered into a share buying agreement with Shriram Credit Company Limited with respect to its post in Way2Wealth Securities Private Limited and its branches. The share buying agreement, which was performed on Thursday, has a through of Rs 65 crore. The stake involves Coffee Day’s holding of 32.73 percent and Tanglin Development Ltd holding of 52.8 percent.
