March 11, 2021

Axis Bank has started a range of wearable payment electronic devices like wristbands,  keychains and watches loops that can facilitate contactless payments without a card or a smartphone.

The private bank has a partnership with Thales and Tappy Technologies to design and develop these amazing electronic products, which are exclusively available on the Mastercard platform and are available at a price point of Rs 750.

The electronic wearables are directly linked to the customers’ bank account and work like a regular debit card and can be used with any merchant, who accepts contactless transactions.
