Adani Airports Holdings (AAHL), a fully owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, has acquired a stake of 23.5% in Mumbai International Airport (MIAL) from Bidvest and Airports Company of South Africa (ACSA) for Rs 1,685 crore. AAHL said, “This acquisition forms part of the transaction according to which AAHL proposes to acquire a controlling interest in MIAL as specified in our intimation dated 31st August 2020.”
